By downloading, installing, or using the STANCLICKIN mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use STANCLICKIN. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You retain ownership of content you post on STANCLICKIN. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the App and for promotional purposes.
You agree not to post content that:
We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
We reserve the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms. Users can report objectionable content through the in-app reporting system. We will act on valid reports within 24 hours.

STANCLICKIN may offer in-app purchases (such as extra lives in FLAPPYCLICKIN). All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
The App, its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by STANCLICKIN and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The STANCLICKIN name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of STANCLICKIN.
STANHUB contains exclusive music videos and content. This content is owned by or licensed to STANCLICKIN. You may not download, copy, redistribute, or use STANHUB content outside of the App without explicit written permission.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STANCLICKIN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
